FRESHFEST

Tuesday, September 1st —Thursday, September 3rd

✓ Meet new friends!

✓ Move in early

✓ Share unforgettable experiences with your new Husky family

✓ Learn about Jewish Life at Northeastern, clubs, academics, co-ops, greek life, and more

✓ If you are attending a Northeastern mandatory orientation or part of another program that moves you in early you can still sign up for FreshFest! We work with all departments on campus to assist in your ability to participate in FreshFest!

This annual program is put on by Hillel to help freshmen adjust to life on campus and avoid the move-in rush.

The goal of this program is to set you up with a solid network of friends, to help teach you about the best campus locations, give you academic advice, and teach you campus secrets so you’re ahead of the curve.

Sophomore Track Opportunity!
Were you an NUin student in Fall 2026, or part of the London or Oakland Scholars program for the 2025–2026 academic year? We have an exciting opportunity just for you!

Join Hillel for an exclusive Sophomore Track as part of our FreshFest Orientation program. Move in early and connect with fellow sophomores who, like you, didn’t start on campus in Boston last fall.

Don’t miss out on this special chance to build community, make friends, and kick off your year at Northeastern with Hillel!

London Retreat

Friday, September 25th —Sunday, September 27th

✓ Meet new friends!

✓ Stay at a fun London Hostel

✓ Celebrate Shabbat with other Jewish Huskies

✓ Share unforgettable experiences with your new Husky family

Registration will include lodging, meals, and all activities. Students will be expected to arrange their own travel to London, but Hillel will provide assistance on where, how, and when to arrive from each NU.in location.

We are thrilled to be hosting our annual Europe Retreat in London, hosted by Hillel with support from the London Scholars and NU.in programs. Any student at any of our European global sites are encouraged to attend!

We will be hosting the retreat at the Northeastern University London campus, directly next to St. Katherines dock, with a beautiful view of London Bridge. Accommodations will be at the Wombat's City Hostel London located conveniently at the Aldgate East tube station.
